Jullie staan voor de uitdaging om jaarlijks nieuwe, betere en grotere attracties te cre\u00ebren. Leer omgaan met veranderingen, neem tijdige beslissingen en begrijp het belang van de &#8216;going concern&#8217;.<\/p>\n<h3>Hoe<\/h3>\n<p>Stap in de schoenen van de Innovatieteams die nieuwe attracties ontwikkelen voor ons kleine attractiepark, dat recentelijk is toegetreden tot de FamilyFunFormula-keten.<\/p>\n<p>Uitdagingen ontstaan als de ontwikkelde attracties in handen komen van de afdeling Parkbeheer. Obstakels verstoren jullie projectplannen en de eigenaar van het park maakt zich zorgen over de toekomst. In een omgeving waarin een lopend bedrijf nauw verweven is met lopende projecten, moeten jullie de balans vinden tussen innovatie en operationele continu\u00efteit.<\/p>\n<h3>Reflectie en debriefing<\/h3>\n<p>Omdat je volgens het principe <em>Werken-Evalueren-Plannen<\/em> telkens reflecteert op het eigen handelen, vindt het leren continu plaats. Jij en je team krijgen de taak om een 5-jarig businessplan te realiseren en zo de toekomst van het park te waarborgen. Het maakt niet uit volgens met welke aanpak je de uitdagingen in de game aangaat: <em>Prince2, Pragmatisch Projectmanagement, P6-methode, Agile of Scrum<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Themepark kan worden ingezet tijdens de kick-off van een traject gericht op procesmatig werken, als leermiddel in trainingstrajecten voor meer ervaren projectmanagers of als leuke, maar inhoudelijke activiteit tijdens teamdagen of tweedaagse heisessies.<\/p>\n\t<h2>Praktisch<\/h2>\n<p>Themepark wordt gespeeld door teams van 9 tot 20 deelnemers. Het zijn niet alleen projectmanagers, maar ook opdrachtgevers, stuurgroepleden, projectmedewerkers en PMO-ers die Themepark spelen. Bij meer deelnemers vinden meerdere sessies parallel plaats.<\/p>\n<p>Je kunt Themepark overal spelen: op kantoor, of in een zaal bij jou in de buurt.
