  1. Games link thinking and doing. During the game you are challenged to immediately act on your thinking<\/strong>. This creates space for different learning styles. It also helps close the gap between planning and doing;<\/li>\n
  2. Everyone has their own blind spot. Games help people to confronteren<\/strong> met hun eigen onbekwaamheid;<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Door informatie in een grotere context<\/strong> te plaatsen helpen spellen ons de betekenis te begrijpen van dingen waar we anders geen wijs uit zouden worden;<\/li>\n
  4. Door deelnemers emotioneel te betrekken<\/strong> zullen ze het spel lang onthouden spellen hebben vaak een langdurige impact;<\/li>\n
  5. Spellen confronteren ons met dilemma’s en helpen ons om alternatieven duidelijker te zien. In een spel krijgen deelnemers directere feedback<\/strong> op hun acties dan in de werkelijkheid;<\/li>\n
  6. Door voortdurend te reflecteren werkt het spel als een venster om de werksituatie en je collega’s duidelijker te zien. Tegelijkertijd werkt het als een spiegel<\/strong> door mensen te laten reflecteren<\/strong> op hun eigen rol;<\/li>\n
  7. ten zevende biedt een spel een veilige plek<\/strong> om nieuwe dingen uit te proberen falen is een essentieel onderdeel van het leerproces en<\/li>\n
